ANPE protects your personal data in accordance with Law No. 2019-014 of 29 October 2019 on the protection of personal data.
Data collected
- Questions asked to the online assistant, to answer them and improve the service;
- Technical browsing data, such as chosen language or security measures;
- On the SIANPE portal: profile data provided by candidates and employers.
Purposes
Your data is used only to inform you, support your job search or recruitment, and produce anonymous employment statistics. It is never sold.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed for these purposes, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data. To exercise it, contact ANPE head office or your agency. You may also refer the matter to the national personal data protection authority.
Security
The portal uses encrypted connections and measures against unauthorised access.
Cookies
The site uses cookies necessary for its operation (session, language, form security). No advertising cookies are set.
Audience measurement
Only with your consent, the portal uses Google Analytics to measure its traffic: pages viewed, most viewed job offers, documents downloaded, device type and country of connection. These statistics are anonymous, IP addresses are masked and they are used solely to improve our services. Data is processed by Google and kept for up to 14 months.
Your choice (“Accept” or “Refuse”) is requested on your first visit and kept for 6 months. You can change it at any time using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Refusing has no effect on access to services.
