The National Employment Agency (ANPE) is Togo’s public employment service. It connects jobseekers and employers and helps everyone build a lasting career path.
A public institution serving employment
ANPE’s legal basis is Law No. 2006-010 of 13 December 2006 on the Labour Code (Articles 202 to 204). Its responsibilities, organisation and operation are set out in Decree No. 2008-069/PR of 21 July 2008.
It helps implement the national employment policy. It also produces reliable information on employment and the workforce, and handles professional mobility at national and international level.
