Are ANPE services free?
Yes. All services for jobseekers are free of charge: registration, advice, workshops, access to offers and programmes.
How do I register?
Online on the SIANPE portal, or at one of our agencies with an ID and your diplomas.

Don’t pay anything. It is a scam. Report it immediately on the toll-free number 8384.

What is ANPE?
The National Employment Agency is Togo’s public employment service. It supports jobseekers, employers, investors and project promoters nationally and internationally.
What services does ANPE offer jobseekers?
ANPE provides jobseeker registration, career guidance, job-search support, access to vacancies, interview preparation and technical and soft-skills development.
How do I register online as a jobseeker?
Create an account on the SIANPE platform with a valid email address and telephone number, then complete your profile.
How do I obtain a jobseeker card?
After registering online, visit your nearest ANPE branch with an identity photo, your CV and a copy of your diploma. The card is free and does not expire.
Is the jobseeker card restricted to Togolese citizens?
No. It may be issued to Togolese and foreign jobseekers after registration and verification of their documents.

Does ANPE offer training?
Yes. Depending on available programmes, ANPE organises or promotes vocational training, job-search workshops and soft-skills sessions. See the Training section.
What is the AIDE programme?

How do I know whether my application was submitted?
The relevant platform normally displays a confirmation after successful submission. Keep any reference number or email received. If in doubt, check your spam folder and call 8384 without disclosing your password.
Which document formats are generally accepted online?
Platforms generally accept PDF, JPG, JPEG and PNG files. The maximum size is shown beside each upload field. Documents must be complete and readable.
How can a company register on SIANPE?
A company representative can create an account on the company registration page and provide the requested information and supporting documents.
What services does ANPE offer employers?
